2018.08.16 由本會理事長夏德椿醫師率本會醫師暨台柬志工學生等，首次到越南與胡志明市醫藥大學 UMP 合辦醫學研討會，由夏理事長主講。感謝胡志明市台北經濟文化辦事處副處長張綺芬女士 蒞臨指導，開啟本會台越雙方在醫學學術交流，提升醫療水平之平台奠定基礎。
On 2018.08.16, Chairman of APCMGU, Dr. HSIA, Te-Chun led the team of doctors and volunteers from Cambodia and Taiwan to co- organize the 1st Medical Conference with University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMP) at Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam and a lecture was majorly given by Chairman, Dr. HSIA. Especially thanks to the Deputy Director General of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in HCM, Madam Judy Chang attended the conference for her kind encouragement. This conference help open the gate for APCMGU to serve as a platform for medical academic interchange, improve medical level between Taiwan and Vietnam.
