本會常務理事李建興醫師 (臺北醫學大學附設醫院急重症醫學部急診科主治醫師) 與本會理事張志誠醫師博士 (臺北醫學大學醫學系助理教授) 於 2017 年 11 月間率領志工參加由柬埔寨教育部兼體育部主辦之素食年會，以推廣本學會宗旨。
During Nov. 2017, both Executive Director of APCMGU Dr. Jian-Sing Li (Attending Physician, Department of Emergency Medicine, Taipei Medical University Hospital), and Director Dr. Chih-Cheng Chang (Assistant Professor, Department of Internal Medicine, College of Medicine, Taipei Medical University) guided volunteer team to join Cambodian Vegetarian Annual Meeting which was organized by Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, Cambodia to promote aims of APCMGU as below:

(1)與國內優秀大學/研究機構共同合辦國際醫學學術交流或研討會，以幫助改善全球醫療和專業技能教育，以及醫療服務等。
To co-organize international medical academic exchanges or seminars with domestic outstanding universities/research institutes to help improve global medical treatment & professional skill education, and medical services, etc...

(2)透過與當地非政府組織， 醫療和志工團隊合作，在缺乏醫療資源的偏鄉地區提供免費醫療諮詢義診。
To cooperate with local NGO, medical & volunteer teams by offering free medical services and consultation in rural areas where lack of medical resources.

(3)促進文化交流。
To promote cultural sharing and exchanges.
