在本會 30 位發起人和 7 位籌備委員和志工們努力之下, 在 2017 年 06 月 4 日於臺灣台中成立 社團法人亞太中華醫學世界聯合會, 以台灣之醫療實力, 做為台柬雙方在醫學學術交流, 提升醫療水平, 偏鄉義診, 人道救援等之平台, 並逐步走向亞太各國, 當天雖然下豪大雨, 感謝各位會員和志工從各縣市冒雨與會, 坐滿全國大飯店的貴賓廳.

Under the joint efforts of 30 initiators, 7 Preparatory committees and volunteers, Asia Pacific Chinese Medical Global Union (APCMGU) was established on Jun. 4th, 2017 in Taichung, Taiwan. Based on Taiwan's solid medical background, APCMGU serve as a platform for medical and academic exchanges, medical standards upgrades, free medical services/clinic consultants, and humanitarian relief between Taiwan and Cambodia, and even further to other Asia-Pacific countries step by step. Even it rained heavily on that day, many members and volunteers from different counties of Taiwan presented with all their efforts to join the Establishment Ceremony of APCMGU filled up VIP room of National Hotel.
